Who we are

My PPC Pilot is a service of Hamlet Consultancy, a sole trader based in Sweden. Hamlet Consultancy is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: steve@malmstrommedia.com.

What we collect

• From the free health check form: your first name, email address and, if you give it, your brand or store name.
• When you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page: your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, send you your health check, and arrange and hold calls with you. The legal basis is your request to us (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who processes it for us

• FormSubmit, which delivers the form to our email.
• Google, which runs our calendar, booking page and email.

These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under their own safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

No longer than we need it for the purposes above, and never more than 24 months after our last contact with you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing steve@malmstrommedia.com. You can also complain to the Swedish data protection authority, IMY (imy.se).

What we do not do

• We never sell or rent your data.
• This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics.
